Please take the time to read and understand our Terms and Conditions prior to booking or receiving any service at our salon.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

1.1 All services are by appointment only.

1.2 Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to ensure a timely start.

1.3 We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

1.4 Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

LATENESS

2.1 If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been booked but will endeavor to offer an alternative.

2.2 In case of tardiness, the salon reserves the right to shorten the service time while charging for the full service.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT.

3.2 Payments for services can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or salon gift cards.

3.3 All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for services rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied, please bring it to our attention within 48 hours of the service and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

CHILDREN & PETS

4.1 Due to safety and insurance limitations, children and pets are not allowed in the service areas unless they are receiving a service.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

5.1 Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, please let us know within 48 hrs. We will be more than happy to address any issues.

PERSONAL ITEMS

6.1 Please ensure you retrieve all personal items before leaving the salon. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

7.1 Personal data provided will be used for the purpose of appointment bookings and reminders. We value your privacy and will not share or sell your data to third parties.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

8.1 The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or if the service requested is not in the best interest of the client’s hair or health.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1 Lords & Ladies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
